EFIT Emotional Workouts combine 4 phases:

E= EMPTY (CLEANSE)
F= FEEL (AWARENESS)
I=IMPLEMENT (ACTIVATE & MOVE)
T=TRANSFORM (TRANSITION)

Emotional workout E-F-I-T consist of 10 stations and state of the art modalities (e.g. music, art, resonate and binaural sound, biofeedback, spiritual, relaxation, laughter, sensory reduction, self-hypnosis, body-vibration, visualization, and virtual reality)

Stress

The annual stress survey conducted by the American Psychological Association (APA), in the United States (U.S.) states that the leading causes of stress are family, jobs, money, and relationships.

Depression

Worldwide depression and other emotional states are the leading cause of emotional disabilities (i.e. PTSD, trauma, & grief).

Anxiety

On a global level, 1 in 13 persons suffer from anxiety disorders (e.g. GAD, OCD, & other compulsive disorders).
